- Put the ECM in today and the speedometer was right on the money. Everything runs great the tune made a world of difference. - Just wanted to drop on a line to tell you how awesome this tune is. This truck drives 1,000 times better than with my old "tune" and I still can't get over the power and throttle response, my wife could even tell a difference in the way the engine sounds. The towing performance is night and day. I'm not sure what you changed but the transmission won't lock the torque converter till about 64 mph while pulling in drive. This is keeping my rpm's around 2500 at 60mph and giving me a boat load of power. It used to run about 2K at 60 mph and it really dogged the engine, now I got power to spare; it's amazing 500 rpm's make that much difference.

- I just wanted to send a little note saying THANK YOU for taking the time to answer all my questions and helping me determine the best parameters for my tune. I received the PCM on Monday and got it installed yesterday. Everything went really smooth. I love the new-found responsiveness, and I really enjoy the crisper shifts (more than I though I would...). Had the first occasion to really step on it on the interstate today and it was nice to get an instant downshift and go(!). I'm looking forward to seeing the mileage too (if I can keep my foot of it!). Anyway....enough people whine about things these days, I thought I'd take a moment to say thanks.

- I wanted to let you know how the truck was performing. I took a trip up to Zion National Park pulling my 30' 5th wheel. The tune made a very noticeable difference. The shifting was much better. the truck pulled better up the grades. When pulling the trailer I would usually get 8-8.5 mpg, with the tune i am getting 9.5 mpg. And that was through very strong headwinds on the way back from Utah. I am very glad I had this done, worth every penny. Even without pulling the trailer the truck performs great much more pleasurable. Thank you for the tune.

- I wanted to say I got the computer last Thursday and put it in and took the truck up north for the weekend. All I gotta say about after the weekend of driving it is I don't know what the hell you guys did, but its freaking awesome. I can't believe what that did for my truck. The power is right there no matter what and you guys fixed my complaint and how the trans shifted. It shifts exactly how I want it to. I also got better mpg too. When I first bought the truck, I used my buddy’s Hypertech programmer and what you guys do for the money blows that away buy a long long, long shot. - I just want to thank you and your company for the job that you did!!!!!!! I was ready to trade my 2011 Chevy Silverado back in and I only bought it 4 months ago. The truck was running like crap and it was driving me insane with the 6 speed transmission shifting all the time. It also went from 8 cylinder to 4 cylinder when at a constant speed. Justin knew all the complaints and just nodded his head and proceeded to fix all the problems. A true professional. I am happy to say that he did fix all my problems. The truck has awesome shifting and Throttle body response. I can feel the power on the pedal. I press the gas, Light or hard, and it responds. I will keep my truck and being a Chevy man all my life I will go to Black Bear Performance to tune my next Chevy I buy. - Was the easiest most relaxed time i have had to do with my new truck mods. I was really hating my truck before and i have only and will only drive GM vehicles. But the performance and driveability is like buying a new truck. I drove from Vegas to get it done and worth every penny and time. It took me almost 200 miles to get good gas and when it finally flushed out the truck again changed and before I realized I looked down i was doing 100 and was only half pedal. So I am definitely impressed and can't wait to hook up the travel trailer and get wife, kids and dogs and see what she does after my wife takes half the house work us. That was main reason safety when passing and going up hills. So thank you very much for the great job and you have a long time customer and I will tell anybody and everybody who has a vehicle worth tuning to have it done. Go BBP!!!

- Thanks a bunch for the tune. It turned out great and is one of the best mods for the money thus far, but will probably end up costing me more in the long since I am going to have to see what it will cost to get this permanent smile removed from my face! - By the way....I got 16mpg's on the highway, in a blizzard, with some 4-wheel drive time this weekend....that's a 1.5mpg improvement over the best I've ever seen on any warm/sunny/2wd trip I've ever taken (and I do keep track).
